Admission Process

We are pleased to extend a warm welcome to all parents interested in enrolling their children at National Public School, Sadashivanagar. To ensure a smooth and transparent admission process, we have outlined the following steps:

National Public School Admission Process

1. Initial Inquiry:

Begin your journey by reaching out to our admissions team for any queries you may have about our school, programs, and facilities. Register here

2. Campus Tour:

We invite you to visit our school and take a guided tour. This will allow you to explore our campus and experience firsthand the enriching environment we offer to our students.

3. Application Form Collection:

  • Fee: ₹750/-
  • In-Person Collection: Visit the school, make the payment via UPI QR code and collect the application form.
  • Online Collection: Alternatively, you may complete the payment online on this link [SBI Collect] and save a copy of the reciept. Send us the receipt on admission@npssadashivanagar.com with the subject line ‘[Student Name]+[Grade]+[Academic Year]’. We will reply with the application form by mail within 2 business days.

4. Submission of Completed Application Form:

Once the application form is completed, please submit it along with the required documents as specified below.

5. Scheduling the Entrance Exam:

After the submission of your application, you will be guided to schedule the entrance exam for your child.

6. Meeting with the Principal:

A meeting with our Principal is an integral part of the admission process. Both parents and the child are required to be present for this interaction.

7. Admission Status Notification:

Following the meeting, you will receive official communication regarding the status of your child’s admission.

8. Fee Payment:

Upon confirmation of admission, the final step is to complete the fee payment to formalize your child's enrollment.

Age Criteria (as of 1st June 2025):

  • Montessori I & Pre-K: The child must have completed 3 years of age.
  • Kindergarten I: The child must have completed 4 years of age.
  • Kindergarten II: The child must have completed 5 years of age.
  • Class 1: The child must have completed 6 years of age.

Documents Required:

When visiting the school, kindly ensure the following documents are brought for submission:

  • Passport-sized photographs of the student (4) and both parents (1 each of the parent).
  • The photocopy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
  • Academic progress report card of the previous AY (for Class 2 and above).
  • A copy of the student’s and Parent’s Aadhar Card.
  • SATs no. from grades II to XI

Important Notes:

  • Admission is open to all children, regardless of caste, creed, race, religion, gender, or nationality.
  • Admission will be granted purely based on merit.
  • Preference may be extended to families with a history of national or international relocation.
